Is this a warranty or an insurance policy?
No. It's a maintenance membership. It covers the scheduled tune-ups described above plus the member benefits listed with each plan. Repairs, parts and refrigerant are billed separately — at your member discount, and with no service call fee on the All Season Club when you approve the repair.
Which plan should I choose?
The Season Pass is one precision tune-up a year for a single system — you pick the cooling or the heating season. The All Season Club covers both seasons and adds a bigger repair discount, no service call fee, and front-of-the-line scheduling. If you only run one system, or you're testing us out, start with the Season Pass.
What if I skip a visit?
We'll call, text and email you to schedule. Visits belong to the plan year and don't roll over, so if you go a full year without letting us in, that visit is used up. We'd much rather do the work — a missed heating tune-up is exactly how a January no-heat call happens.
Can I cancel?
Yes. How and when you can cancel, and any charge that applies, are spelled out in the plan terms you receive when you enroll. Your replacement credit stops accruing and any accrued balance is forfeited when the plan ends. Questions before you join? Call (631) 333-8462.
My system is old. Can I still join?
Usually, yes. If your equipment is unsafe or not working when we arrive for the first visit, we'll quote the repair first — we can't maintain a system that's already down. Once it's running, the membership starts normally.
How does the replacement credit work?
It accrues while your plan is current — $50 a year on the Season Pass up to $250, $100 a year on the All Season Club up to $500 — and comes off the price of a complete system replacement we install. It has no cash value and is forfeited if the plan lapses.
Do you cover my whole house?
The base plan covers one system. If you have two furnaces, a separate condenser for the second floor, a mini-split alongside your central system, more than two ductless heads, or a water heater you want looked after, add them at the prices in the table above. We'll count everything on the first visit and confirm your price before anything is billed.
Do you offer emergency repair outside of a maintenance plan?
Yes. We offer 24/7 emergency repair for heating, cooling, and water heaters whether or not you're on a plan. Plan members receive priority scheduling. Call (631) 333-8462.
What area do you serve?
Long Island — including Massapequa, Levittown, Hicksville, Garden City, Freeport, Merrick, Wantagh, Bethpage and East Meadow, plus Farmingdale, Hempstead, Plainview and nearby towns. Not sure if you're in our area? Call (631) 333-8462 — we likely cover your town.
Do you service systems you didn't install?
Yes. We maintain and repair heating, cooling, and water heating equipment regardless of who installed it, throughout Long Island.
